 Medical Tourism Italy S.R.L. is the leading medical tourism service agency in the Italy specializing in networking with Italian Medical facilities and Doctors in the creation of the therapy packages and solutions for patients seeking treatment outside of the SSN, not limitedly to the Italian country.  In this role, we research and gather publicly available information and provide this information to you for your personal use in making a more informed decision about your medical treatment options in Italy. We also provide Trip and Service facilitation services including but not limitedly to escorting, hotel booking and general assistance during your stay. Not A Medical Referral Service

 Medical Tourism Italy S.R.L. is not a medical referral service and does not endorse, recommend, or approve any travel agency or healthcare provider listed in the Site.  We are not medical professionals and will not discuss or advise any issues relating to medical treatment.  We facilitate contact with, and provide information about doctors in Italy and provide information about their credentials in order for you to make informed decisions.  We encourage and advise you to discuss all medical issues with your medical doctor in the United States or your Country of origin, before making a decision on medical treatment outside of your Country. Through our medical affiliates in Italy and our in-depth research we provide personalized health suggestions about available medical treatment and recuperation and packages to assist you making an informed decision. The information contained on the site is for informational purposes only, and in no case may it constitute the formulation of a diagnosis or the prescription of a treatment. The information on this site is intended to provide general information, so that patients can discuss their condition with their family doctor or specialist reference. The information must in no way replace the direct doctor-patient relationship or the specialist visit. It is recommended to always seek the advice of your doctor.

Indemnity

Venue

 You agree that this User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Italian Governament and under the juristiction of Foro di Vicenza.  We agree that any legal action or proceeding under or with respect to this agreement may be brought in the Foro di Vicenza; and for the purpose of any such legal action or proceeding, you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby agree not to raise and waives any objection to or any defense based upon the venue of such courts and any objection or defense based upon an inconvenient form.  You also agree not to bring any legal action or proceeding under or with respect to this agreement outside Vicenza, Italy, unless, for some reason, the courts of the Vicenza and the courts having jurisdiction in Italy refuse or do not have jurisdiction in the matter.

 

Arbitration

 Except as otherwise expressly provided in this User Agreement, any dispute or claim arising under or with respect to this User Agreement will be resolved by arbitration under the provisions of the Maryland Arbitration Act (Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, Section 3-201, et seq., as amended  from time to time).  The arbitrator in any proceeding may award reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fee, to the prevailing party.

Payment Terms

 Any participant will execute payments as our Company Contract states:

  • Full Amount of Estimate via Bank Wire Transfer/Credit Card* with Due Date no later than 7 working days before arrival date;
  • Half Amount of Estimate via Wire Transfer/Credit Card* with Due Date no later than 7 working days before arrival date and second half amount of present Estimate via Credit Card* on arrival day;

The currency value must be in EUR, and a Copy of Bank Receipt and of the Contract must be signed by Client and to be sent back to Medical Tourism Italy S.R.L.; payment through Credit Card will have a raise of 3.5% of amount paid.

In case of renunciation to MTI services and treatment after signing this paper and providing for the payment stated in the present Estimate, reimbursement will be applied only for half of total amount stated in the present Estimate.

 

 

Cancellation & Changes

 Because of the special nature of the medical and tour packages featured in this Site, our affiliates may impose variable cancellation fees.  You agree that Medical Tourism Italy S.R.L. has no control over such fees and cannot consider making any exceptions to these charges.

Airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees; some maybe non-refundable. To protect against cancellation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancellation Protection and Travel Interruption Insurance, although we do not provide at the moment any specific assitance on Airfares.

 

Travel Documents

 All participants must be in possession of a valid passport during time of travel, and must provide scans of it to Medical Tourism Italy at the time of signing the Contract.  Depending on length of visit, a Visa may be required for some or all of the countries visited. Please check your visa requirement at time of booking. Medical Toursim Italy S.R.L. will provide visa information when applicable.

 

Prices, Rates, and Fares

 Unless otherwise indicated all prices rates shown and communicated are in EUR (Euros) and are per person/treatment. These prices are in effect for 2019 and are subject to change at any time prior to departure.

Retention time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn.
