Western Region credentials and local point of contact
At MTI we understand very well the challenges of selecting and trusting an overseas company. We have designated a San Francisco Bay Area resident that may be contacted directly as an MTI representative, to further demonstrate our credibility, facilitate communications with MTI and help with clarifying our company’s services, as we have many customers from the West Coast of the United States.
In addition to providing local support, our main objective is setting preliminary, transparent, communication that would aid in determining if our services would be a good fit to a prospective client.
MTI local point of contact is Mr. Nicolo Caldera, a native of Venice, Italy and a citizen of the United States who currently resides in Napa County, California.
Background
In 2002, Mr. Caldera was appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Rome, as the Architect for the Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco. In 2015 he was appointed as a Planning Commissioner for the Town of Corte Madera, California, where he served and completed a two-year term. From 2005 to 2022 Mr. Caldera was a Managing Partner at an architectural firm in Lafayette, California, specializing in public educational projects Currently, Mr. Caldera has taken the role of Senior Construction Manager at a multi-disciplinary Construction management firm in Hayward, California.
Additionally, Mr. Caldera teaches traditional Japanese Shotokan karate for the Parks & Recreation Department of the city of St Helena, California.
