Prof. Stefano Zanasi specializes in Orthopedics and Traumatology.
It performs as the first operative between 800 and 850 operations a year, half of which are prosthetic shoulder and knee surgery and half of elective surgery, in particular of the shoulder, elbow and knee, with minimally invasive or arthroscopic techniques.

In addition, it performs hundreds of operations per year of cartilage implantation, even on professional sportsmen. Member of numerous scientific research groups and agencies, he is currently Head of the Orthopedics III – Minimally Invasive Surgery and Computer Assisted Unit of the Villa Erbosa Hospital in Bologna.
