Medical Tourism Italy is Hiring for the HeadQuarters in the Vicenza West area.

The candidate, after a suitable training period, will have the following tasks:

  • Follow the whole Patient’s experience in Italy;
  • Handling of the Patient’s Folder with Documents, Bureaucracy and Commercial details
  • Networking for Commercial Relationships with Facilities (Medical, Hospitality & Tourism)
  • Weekly reports;
  • Translation of medical documents for the Patient and the Doctors;
  • In Charge of the Patient’s Followup for 6 months;
  • Team work with the Customer Care
  • Community Managing
  • Key Account Management
  • Networking with outer Agencies 
  • Foreign Countries Missions for specific Commercial Events

Availability, Flexibility, Dynamism, problem solving skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships complete the profile.

Employment contract: Full time

  • At least 3 years of documented experience as Sales Agent;
  • Use of CRM, Adobe suite and Office Suite;
  • Strong attitude towards goals achievements and results;
  • Strong experience in the use of Excel and other reporting tools;
  • Be bilingual English-Italian level C2 for both languages;
  • Instant translation skills;
  • Driving license B for more than 3 years;
  • Knowledge of Veneto from the artistic, historical and cultural point of view;
  • hourly flexibility;
  • Propensity to human contact;
  • Preparation for team work.

The following requirements are optional, but they do play a significant part in the selection of the candidates:

  • Level C+ in another foreign language
    • preference for Spanish, German and French
  • Availability for flexible night time work
  • Comprehension and familiarity with Social Media and Community Management
  • Comprehension and familiarity with WordPress environment
  • Availability to relocate in Country or Abroad
  • Availability at short and long term foreign Missions
